We are very pleased to share our new virtual business tour project.
Portal Pinball Arcade is a family friendly retro entertainment experience that is home to over 60 pinball machines and dozens of classic arcade games. Portal Pinball was originally located in Kennesaw but recently relocated to Acworth on Cobb Highway, where Street View was still showing an empty storefront.
In addition to publishing the new tour on Google Street View: we also insured the original Kennesaw tour was removed from Google, a new custom logo was created, and a 360° YouTube Video was designed.
A custom virtual tour was also created that adds multimedia elements that Google does not allow on Street View, including: 2D and 360° video content, photos, background audio, analytics, and more.
Street View Roadside Assistance
Business profiles on Google Maps sometimes display images that are less than ideal and your customers may have difficulty identifying and navigating to your front door.
The images below show how the business looked on Street View BEFORE and AFTER our tour was published on Google.
BEFORE
The default Street View takes visitors to the correct location, however the imagery still shows an empty business suite from before Portal Pinball moved in.
AFTER
After the virtual tour was published, the imagery now displays the new storefront signage on a bright sunny day.

Custom Branded Logo
All tour photos have the client’s business logo and important contact info displayed.
Custom logos are an important part of your virtual tour. Many online visitors will discover your tour simply by exploring Google Maps in your area. The custom logo acts as an extra welcome mat that helps guide visitors into your business.
Additional logos and branding were added to the monitor screens in multiple showrooms.
360° YouTube Video
We also created an interactive video of the tour published on YouTube.
