Mythos Media setup our website prior to COVID. They made it very easy to navigate, including the online ordering platform. So we were able to actually keep a good deal of business that we were hoping to retain throughout the whole pandemic. One of the coolest things about the website design is the online waitlist. Customers are actually able to go ahead and add their name to our waitlist remotely. Whenever they arrive it shaves a good bit off of their wait time. As far as the digital screens I can tell you customers love them. All day, they are doing the trivia, they are looking the news segments. The amount of questions that I get about “Oh, which location is that Reveille?” when they see it up on the screen. It’s actually a really good conversation piece for the dine-in guests. They love it.

These folks know their STUFF! Workmanship, reliability & commitment are all great words to describe this dynamic team. We are exceptionally pleased and the self-directed initiative and their ability to properly 'interpret' what we want done....without necessarily being able to express it accurately being 'laymen!' As an insurance agent, I am competing with major companies that have big budgets. Amy Henckel helped level the playing field by designing a website that highlights what sets me apart. From my video message on the home page to a lead-generating e-book offer, my site works for me. We began working with Amy and the Mythos Media team a little over a year ago because we’ve been in existence for about 15 years but all we had was a static webpage to tell people who we were. She helped us transition into a fully functioning online store. We deliver critical medical supplies to customers all over the country and having the website and the online store makes us accessible now 24/7. We can receive orders at nights on the weekends when we are normally closed, and we can continue to operate and continue to move product even though we’re not necessarily here. So, during the pandemic we were able to supply PPE, masks, hand sanitizer, cleaners and all the things customers are looking for and do that all from the webpage.
